USCIS requires a certification of this kind for every foreign-language document submitted with an immigration application, and it does not require a notary or a government-licensed translator. Prices shown are the NABSPRO service fee. Government, agency, and processing fees set by an outside body are separate and are collected at cost. You will be told your full total before any work begins.

This promise covers the work NABSPRO performs in our office. It does not cover how long an outside agency takes to process, approve, or return a result, because that timing is not ours to control.

Can I send a blurry phone photo of a document?
A clear, complete copy produces a more reliable quote and translation. Include every page and keep all text visible.
How is pricing determined?

What is a certified translation?
A certified translation is delivered with a signed statement, called a Certificate of Translation Accuracy, in which the translator attests that the translation is complete and accurate and that they are competent to translate between the two languages. The certificate is attached to the translation and the copy of the original.
Will USCIS accept it?
USCIS requires that any document in a foreign language be submitted with a full English translation plus a certification of accuracy. Our certified translations are prepared to meet that requirement. USCIS makes the final decision on any filing, so we prepare the document to the published standard rather than promising an outcome we do not control.
Does a certified translation need to be notarized?
USCIS does not require notarization, only certification. Some courts, schools, and foreign consulates do ask for a notarized certificate. Notary service is available in the same office, so it can be handled in the same visit if your recipient requires it.
How fast can I get it?
Turnaround depends on length and how legible the source is. Short vital records such as a birth certificate are usually quick, while long transcripts and legal documents take longer. Bring your deadline and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met before you commit.
Do you translate the stamps and seals too?
Yes. A complete translation includes stamps, seals, signatures, and handwritten annotations, usually noted in brackets. Leaving them out is a common reason a translation is rejected.
What if a name is spelled differently across my documents?
Tell us before we begin. Translators must render what the document actually says, so mismatches between documents need to be flagged and explained rather than quietly corrected.
